試劑盒注意事項：
1. 貯存：在收到Bender MedSystems Module Sets后立即分裝所有組分，貯存于-20℃，每一份分裝試劑請一次性使用。
2. 板子：使用96 孔板。
3. BSA：BSA是assay buffer的成分，來自于不同生廠商或不同批號的BSA都可能導致實驗結果的不*或失敗（高背景、異常的標準曲線、低OD值）。
4. TMB底物溶液：試劑盒來自于不同廠商的TMB可能影響分析結果（低OD值）。
5. 包被、封閉：使用不含BSA的PBS溶液包被板，加入含有BSA的Assay buffer封閉。
6. 操作步驟：盡量按照說明書操作，稀釋溶液現配現用，按推薦的溫度和時間進行孵育。
