產(chǎn)品名稱：人基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶13檢測試劑盒試劑盒,人基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶13檢測試劑盒酶聯(lián)免疫分析試劑盒試驗以靈敏性高、特異性好等特點在科研上得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。主要包括：人、大小鼠、兔、羊、猴、豬、豚鼠ELISA試劑盒等種屬ELISA試劑盒。

貯藏條件：試劑盒保存2-8℃

用途：用于測定血清、血漿、組織和相關(guān)液體樣本中的含量或者活性

特異性：本試劑盒可同時檢測天然或重組的，且與其他相關(guān)蛋白無交叉反應(yīng)

標(biāo)本：包括血清、血漿、尿液、胸腹水、腦脊液、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)上清、組織勻漿等

試劑盒注意事項：

1. 貯存：在收到Bender MedSystems Module Sets后立即分裝所有組分，貯存于-20℃，每一份分裝試劑請一次性使用。

2. 板子：使用96 孔板。

3. BSA：BSA是assay buffer的成分，來自于不同生廠商或不同批號的BSA都可能導(dǎo)致實驗結(jié)果的不*或失敗（高背景、異常的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線、低OD值）。

4. TMB底物溶液：試劑盒來自于不同廠商的TMB可能影響分析結(jié)果（低OD值）。

5. 包被、封閉：使用不含BSA的PBS溶液包被板，加入含有BSA的Assay buffer封閉。

6. 操作步驟：盡量按照說明書操作，稀釋溶液現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用，按推薦的溫度和時間進行孵育。
