保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
叉頭蛋白P1抗體,Anti-FoxP1抗體產品介紹：This gene belongs to subfamily P of the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family. Forkhead box transcription factors play important roles in the regulation of tissue- and cell type-specific gene transcription during both development and adulthood. Forkhead box P1 protein contains both DNA-binding- and protein-protein binding-domains. This gene may act as a tumor suppressor as it is lost in several tumor types and maps to a chromosomal region (3p14.1) reported to contain a tumor suppressor gene(s). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
一、抗原抗體反應特點（上海研盟生物科技有限公司）
1.高度特異性，特異性是抗原抗體反應的zui主要特征，特定抗原決定簇只與特定抗體結合；
2.可逆性:抗原與抗體結合形成抗原抗體復合物的過程是一種動態平衡, 其反應式為：Ag+AbAg·Ab；
3.適當濃度和比例；
4.敏感性:在測定血清中某一物質的含量時，化學比色法的敏感度為mg/ml水平，酶反應測定法的敏感度約為5~10μg/ml，免疫測定中凝膠擴散法的敏感度與酶反應法相仿。
二、影響抗原抗體反應的因素
1.電解質 ：抗原抗體特異結合后，膠體粒便可發生脫水作用，此時易受電解質影響，如有適當濃度的電解質存在就會使它們失去部分負電荷而相互凝聚，于是出現明顯的凝集或沉淀現象。
2.酸堿度:合適的pH為6-8。
3.溫度:37℃通常是抗原體反應zui適溫度。
