保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-ARIP2a抗體,激活素受體2A抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：Activins are dimeric growth and differentiation factors which belong to the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily of structurally related signaling proteins. Activins signal through a heteromeric complex of receptor serine kinases which include at least two type I (I and IB) and two type II (II and IIB) receptors. These receptors are all transmembrane proteins, composed of a ligand-binding extracellular domain with cysteine-rich region, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic domain with predicted serine/threonine specificity. Type I receptors are essential for signaling; and type II receptors are required for binding ligands and for expression of type I receptors. Type I and II receptors form a stable complex after ligand binding, resulting in phosphorylation of type I receptors by type II receptors. Type II receptors are considered to be constitutively active kinases. Activin has been suggested to be an autocrine/paracrine regulator in the human placenta. The presence of ACVR2 mRNA has been deomnstrated in human trophoblast cells and there is also evidence of expression of the gene in human brain and ovary

失敗的幾種原因：

1.所染的全部切片均為陰性結(jié)果，包括陽(yáng)性對(duì)照在內(nèi)，全部呈陰性反應(yīng)，原因可能是：（1）染色未按嚴(yán)格操作步驟進(jìn)行；（2）漏加一種抗體，或抗體失效；（3）緩沖液內(nèi)含*，抑制了酶的活性；（4）底物中所加H2O2量少或失效；復(fù)染或脫水劑使用不當(dāng)。
2.所有切片均呈弱陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)：（1）切片在染色過程中抗體過濃，或干燥了；（2）緩沖液配制中未加氯化鈉或pH不準(zhǔn)確，洗滌不*；（3）使用已變色的呈色底物溶液，或呈色反應(yīng)時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)；（4）抗體溫育的時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)；（5）H2O2濃度過高，呈色速度過快；（6）粘附劑太厚。
3.所有切片背景過深：（1）未用酶消化處理切片；（2）切片或涂片過厚；（3）漂洗不夠；（4）底物呈色反應(yīng)過久；（5）蛋白質(zhì)封閉不夠或所用血清溶血；（6）使用全血清抗體稀釋不夠。
