AEC顯色試劑盒ZIKER 深圳現貨產品簡介：
AEC即：3-氨基-9-乙基卡唑，是過氧化物酶的生色底物，在過氧化氫的存在下失去電子而呈現出顏色變化和積累，形成紅色不溶性產物。紅色不溶性產物在有機溶劑中會溶解。它有靈敏度高，背景低等優點，是HRP結合物zui常用的底物, 常在免疫組化、原位雜交和Western blot 等膜顯色或檢測細胞組織內源性的過氧化物酶中應用比較廣泛。
操作步驟：
1. 在免疫印跡實驗中，先將相應的HRP標記的二抗覆蓋膜，37℃于震蕩器上震蕩1-1.5Hour，再用TBST或者PBS 洗滌膜3~4次，zui后一次用TBS或PBS洗滌膜，將膜轉移到陰暗處。
2. 顯色前先取反應液10 mL吸取到一個15 mL的干凈棕色瓶子中，再取0.25 mL左右的分析液A和分析液B 20μL加入充分混勻。
3. 在陰暗處將10 mL左右的顯色工作液應，加入膜上將膜覆蓋，在37℃的情況下，震蕩反應30min即可，這時紅色的條帶出現。
4. 倒掉反應液，雙蒸水沖洗條帶3~4次，自然干燥避免光照。
5. 照像記錄實驗結果
