血清樣本采集和檢測注意事項：
血清標本可按常規方法采集，應注意避免溶血，紅細胞溶解時會釋放出具有過氧化物酶活性的物質，以HRP為標記的ELISA測定中，溶血標本可能會增加非特異性顯色。
血清標本宜在新鮮時檢測。如有細菌污染，菌體中可能含有內源性HRP，也會產生假陽性反應。如在冰箱中保存過久，其中的可發生聚合，在間接法ELISA中可使本底加深。
一般說來，在5天內測定的血清標本可放置于4℃，超過一周測定的需低溫冰存。凍結血清
融解后，蛋白質局部濃縮，分布不均，應充分混勻宜輕緩，避免氣泡，可上下顛倒混和，不要在混勻器上強烈振蕩。混濁或有沉淀的血清標本應先離心或過濾，澄清后再檢測。反復凍融會使抗體效價跌落，所以測抗體的血清標本如需保存作多次檢測，宜少量分裝冰存。保存血清自采集時就應注意無菌操作，也可加入適當防腐劑。
