一、丹富斯全銅壓差控制閥性能與特點:全銅壓差控制閥
該閥為雙瓣結構,閥桿不平衡力小,結構緊湊,用于供熱(空調)水系統中,恒定被控系統的壓差,并有以下特點:
1、恒定被控系統壓差;
2、支持被控系統內部自主調節;
3、吸收外網壓差波動;
4、采用*的無級調節壓結構,控制壓差可調比可達25:1;
5、具備自動消除堵塞功能;
6、結構長度符合GB/T12221中截止閥尺寸;

三、壓差控制閥安裝調試
1、介質流動方向應與閥體箭頭方向*;
2、該型閥應安裝在供水管上,閥上接導壓管,導壓管的另一端與供水管連接,建議在導壓管供水端安裝1/2//球閥,以便啟動消除堵塞功能;
3、在導壓管前的供水管上應安裝過濾閥,避免水質太差造成該閥失去自動調節功能;
4、供水管和該閥前的回水管應分別裝設壓力表,便于調節控制壓差;
5、如發現該系統流量過大或過小,可能的原因是管道元件安裝時的雜物卡阻在閥塞上,可將1/2//球閥關閉3~5分鐘,這時如果是較輕堵塞,即可自動消除,如還不能消除,則要拆開閥門檢查并消除堵塞物;
6、控制壓差調節方法:逆時針方向調節調壓閥桿,觀察壓差閥后壓力表降低0.01 MPa時,控制壓差即由設定的0.02 MPa增大到0.03 MPa,以此類推;
7、該閥的工作壓差為0.02~0.3 MPa,如安裝后發現其工作壓差大于0.3 MPa時應在供水管上安裝手動調節閥,降低熱力入口裝置處的供、回水管壓差,否則,壓差閥可能只在小開度下*工作,會產生噪音,還會大大降低該閥的使用壽命。
