Description	Caog Peptide:eIF2α （Ab-51） pAb Blocking Peptide（RP19950）The synthesized non-phosphopeptide was derived from human eIF2α around the phosphorylation site of serine 51 （E-L-S^P-R-R）.
Concentration	100ug/10 mM phosphate buffered saline （without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺）, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mg/ml BSA, 5%DMF and 5% glycerol.
Quality Control	The quality of the peptide was evaluated by reversed-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.
Applications	For Western blotting: add 10 ?l of antibody and 10 ?l of blocking peptide to 10 ml of antibody dilution buffer, and incubate at 4℃ over night or at room temperature for 2 hours before allowing to react with the blot. For immunohistochemistry: add 2 ?l of antibody and 2 ?l of blocking peptide to 0.096 ml of buffer, and incubate at 4℃ over night or at room temperature for 2 hours before allowing to react with the slides.
Specificity	The peptide specifically blocks the signal of Rabbit Anti eIF2α （Ab-51） compley in Western blotting and immunohistochemistry.
