該機是我公司消化﹑吸收*造紙設備生產商-“VOith"和“Ahlstrom"公司技公司技術的基礎上研制開發出的一種新型多級浮選脫墨設備,該設備通過新型特殊結構的級間分離裝置,形成層次分明的多級浮選, 防止了不同浮選區間的漿料混合,而空氣的分散及與漿料的混合是靠特殊新型無堵塞和高效空氣分散乳化器組合完成的,該*裝置結構使紙漿自上而下和空氣混合,形成的逆流浮選,空氣泡在設備內多次被重復利用,由于漿料中充足的空氣流使整個浮選脫墨效率*,浮選前后白度變化大、亮度高、濃耗極低、纖維流失少,排除油墨的濃度高(可達1.5-6%),操作控制簡單等顯著優點。部分*含量彌補國內技術空白,是浮選脫墨的新型選擇設備。
二、用途
該設備適用于各種國內(激光印刷、靜電復印)的辦公廢紙、廢報紙及國外(如:37﹟美廢、日廢、歐廢)等廢紙的浮選脫墨,能夠有效去除廣譜范圍(5-550um)油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質塑料和其他憎水性物質等。
三﹑主要結構工作原理
本設備為全封閉結構,主要由進漿總管、射流充氣系統、浮選槽體﹑級間分離機構、噴漿嘴、高效空氣分散乳化器、高壓消泡系統油墨排放裝置、液位穩漿箱等組成。
本機浮選槽體分為一段浮選脫墨區系統和二段浮選脫墨系統組成,內可設4-6級浮選脫墨單元區,一段浮選脫墨區系統目的是:*程度的去除油墨、膠粘物等雜質。二段浮選脫墨區系統則是在*去除油墨等雜質避免惡性循環的同時主要回收纖維。
其工作原理是:漿料首先通過一段浮選脫墨區系統的1級浮選單元。即:一段泵在:0.05—0.09Mpa極低的進漿壓力下進入微湍流空氣混合系統,未脫墨的漿料在首混合系統內被帶入高達:40-50%空氣流后被分散成直徑大小不同的浮選氣泡與漿料完成首階段的充分混合后,油墨從導流系統上浮;混合空氣后的漿料則繼續進入第二階段的空氣分散乳化系統-空氣和漿料再次充分混合,油墨繼續從導流系統上浮;漿料自上而下依次類推,載有油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質塑料的空氣泡在漿料的微湍流下,油墨則很容易迅速上浮至液面,排出后油墨則進入空氣消泡系統,油墨在消泡池中消泡后,良漿被泵抽送至二段浮選脫墨系統進行二次殘余油墨脫出和纖維分離,回收后良漿回到一段浮選脫墨區系統前的漿池,油墨等雜質則消泡后直接排放掉,由于油墨濃度高可進入鍋爐加煤焚燒,*節省了環保成本!
四、主要優點
1. 浮選脫墨效率高
(1).不同于傳統浮選脫墨槽單次射流進氣具有:新型無堵塞次微湍流系統帶來高達65%以上的空氣流保證了足夠的空氣量混合使得油墨等雜質有充足的氣泡來混合-粘附-浮選使浮選氣泡量從源頭上有空氣保證。  
(2). 技術的多盤空氣分散乳化器,柔和均勻的將空氣泡和漿料多次混合、勻質、均勻分散,氣泡細膩均勻,優良合理的油墨導流系統使得油墨更加利于迅速上浮。
(3).該浮選槽不同于傳統MAC浮選脫墨槽單元浮選結構,浮選區之間不會產生區間漿料混合的問題,使得各浮選區之間不受影響,區和區之間有著極其明顯的油墨去除和白度變化。
(3). 該浮選槽內由于通氣元件和噴漿嘴離液面較淺行程很短所以大量氣泡產生后帶著油墨被迅速被浮出,能夠有效有效去除廣譜范圍(5-550um)油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質塑料和其他憎水性物質等。所以在實際生產中也可以根據廢紙質量的好、差及生產的產品檔次可靈活開5個浮選脫墨單元區的3-5個都可以。
單臺CXLF型浮選脫墨槽的浮選效率相當于2臺ECO式浮選脫墨槽或代替3臺傳MAC全封閉浮選脫墨槽。
2.纖維流小
(1). 該浮選槽體分為一段浮選脫墨區系統和二段浮選脫墨系統組成,內可設4-6級浮選脫墨單元區。一段浮選脫墨區系統目的是:在不計較纖維流失的情況下*程度的去除油墨等雜質。二段浮選脫墨區系統則是在*去除油墨避免惡性循環的同時主要回收良漿,因此纖維流失極低。這是其他種類浮選脫墨所沒有的結構,新穎浮選結構保證了成品脫墨漿的高得率。
3.動力消耗低
(1)由于該浮選槽*的二段湍流系統射流器及易于觀察的半封閉結構使得進漿壓力只有:0.05—0.09Mpa,動力僅為傳統MAC全封閉浮選脫墨槽1/10和ECO臥式浮選浮選脫墨槽的1/5,動力消耗低,*的降低效去除廣譜范圍(5-550um)油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質塑料和其他憎水性物質等。
了脫墨漿的生產成本。
4.操作和自動控制簡單
(1).新型無堵塞微湍流系統能帶入高達65%可將空氣帶入漿中并能將空氣分散成合適直徑的浮選氣泡與紙漿混合,只須簡單調整即可達到合理狀態,可隨時開車或停車,而不會影響出漿質量,而且能夠通過肉眼隨時觀察各段浮選區的油墨浮選情況及白度變化。
(2).空氣微湍流分散乳化系統運行穩定操作簡單,浮選槽間的的組合合理,液位控制簡單、穩定,生產能力變幅大。
五、主要性能
1.      浮選后的漿料白度高,亮度好。
CXLF型浮選設備在漿濃度1.4%時浮選效率(以白度提高為準)可以與通常的浮選設備在漿濃1.0%時相媲美,脫墨后漿料的亮度比通常的浮選設備要高出2-4度。
         2.可調節空氣與漿料的比例,相對緩和豐富的空氣流能能有效去除廣譜范圍(5-550um)油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質塑料和其他憎水性物質等,尤其是國內外辦公廢紙及畫報的中、大型片狀油墨顆粒膠粘物效果尤佳。
3.正常操作過程中,無需清洗,沒有噴水管,不需耗用清水,浮選槽內始終充滿漿料和泡沫。

六﹑操作
開機:
1.     一次開車前,向浮選脫墨槽注水至視窗并調整浮選前漿池濃度在:0.8-1.3%。
2.     關閉射流器進水閥門,打開射流器進氣閥門和油墨收集槽噴淋水閥門。
3.     依次開啟空氣分散乳化系統主機、攪拌電機、1級進漿泵。
4.     調節各級進漿閥門,使各級進漿壓力達到:0.05—0.09Mpa.
5.     調整槽體液位控制液位在無良漿流失前提下盡量排油墨之排放量max
6.     啟動二段浮選脫墨區進漿泵,控制槽體液位使排出的油墨濃度越高,流失的纖維越少。      
停機:
1. 停一段浮選脫墨1級進漿泵、空氣分散乳化系統主機、攪拌電機及二段浮選脫墨區漿泵。
2. 打開射流器進水閥門,清水沖洗射流器內2-3分鐘后,關閉進水閥門和油墨區噴淋水閥門。
*停機:
1.     必須將設備定期*清洗,關閉所有漿泵及水閥。
2.     用水來運行脫墨槽,直到漿料懸浮液*被水代替。
3. 排空系統并清洗槽體積垢。
4. 通過入人孔清除槽體內充氣元件的積垢。
安全事項:
             在維護和修理工作之前,要保證脫墨槽上下漿泵等設備電機電源切斷,特別在進入槽體內,必須打開所有人孔蓋,務必保證設備和所有漿管已排空和泄壓,采取適當的安全措施以防止在曲面的池底滑到。還要向脫墨槽內提供充足的空氣,因槽體內殘留的化學品和腐漿會產生有害氣體,這些有害氣體會沉積在底部,因為它比空氣重,故進人必需注意安全防護措施!
七﹑設備安裝
本設備節省占地空間:系統簡單,自成一體。只需配備少量輸漿和排渣管道即可。
