采用橡膠或塑料等軟質(zhì)密封制作的隔膜，密封性較好。由于隔膜為易損件，應(yīng)視介質(zhì)特性而定期更換。受隔膜材料限制，隔膜閥適用于低壓和溫度相對(duì)不高的場(chǎng)合。
隔膜閥按結(jié)構(gòu)形式可分為：屋式隔膜閥、直流式隔膜閥、截止式隔膜閥、直通式隔膜閥、閘板式隔膜閥和直角式隔膜閥六種;連接形式通常為法蘭連接;按驅(qū)動(dòng)方式可分為手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)和氣動(dòng)三種，其中氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)又分為常開(kāi)式、常閉式和往復(fù)式三種。隔膜閥是利用閥桿將彈性體薄膜緊壓在閥座上用來(lái)隔斷氣路。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪可帶動(dòng)閥桿上、下移動(dòng)，使隔膜離開(kāi)閥座打開(kāi)閥門(mén)或使隔膜緊壓在閥座上關(guān)閉閥門(mén)。此種閥門(mén)如采用丁晴橡膠隔膜，適用于前級(jí)和預(yù)抽管道上及溫度為-25～80℃的非腐蝕性氣體。如采用氟橡膠隔膜，可用于高真空系統(tǒng)，使用溫度范圍為-30～150℃
隔膜閥特點(diǎn)：
1．彈性密封的開(kāi)閉件，閥體密封堰槽采用弧形設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，確保沒(méi)有內(nèi)漏；
2．流線型的流道，使得阻力減小；

6．多種表面拋光技術(shù)，*，在正常位置下無(wú)殘留。
7．結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，適用與狹小的空間。
隔膜優(yōu)點(diǎn)：可安裝于任何位置，介質(zhì)流向?qū)﹂y門(mén)開(kāi)閉不影響閥體使用球體堰槽密封，結(jié)構(gòu)可延長(zhǎng)隔膜片的使用壽命提供所有現(xiàn)行的卡接和焊接的工業(yè)。
