【產(chǎn)品原文引用】The concentrations of serum 25-OHD3, 1,25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25-(OH)2D3), calcitonin (CT) (ShanghaiJinma Laboratory Equipment Corporation Ltd., Shanghai, China), and parathyroid hormone (PTH, Shanghaienzyme-linked Biotechnology Corporation Ltd., Shanghai, China) were measured by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method according to the kit’sinstructions.The levels of bone remodeling-related indexes includeosteocalcin (OC), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP), and osteoprotegerin (OPG) in serum samples of NK and FKlaying hens were measured by the corresponding ELISAkits (Shanghai Jinma Laboratory Equipment Corporation Ltd., Shanghai, China) following the kit’s instructions
