為此,本單位設計并試制了一種以J330聚丙烯為原料的新式103型塑料離心泵,在同系列的泵產品中充分顯示了其結構*、重量輕、體積小、使用壽命長等優點。

產品結構 ：
103型離心泵為臥式結構，由微型交流電動機驅動；泵體材料選用J330聚丙烯塑料制成，葉輪呈單片狀，并采用氮化硅和樹脂石黑機械密封，軸的連接為螺紋套式連接。
103型塑料離心泵具有結構緊湊，密封性能良好，終久耐磨、耐腐蝕性能優良、裝拆方便等優點。
