FT-106B Superhard material bulk density tester

一． 參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)standard：

JB/T 3584-1999 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是對 JB 3584-84《超硬磨料堆操作密度測定方法》；ANSI B74.17-1976《金剛石磨粒堆積密度的檢驗方法》

適用于粒度為 16/20~325/400 的人造金剛石和立方氮化硼的堆積密度測定

This standard applies to the measurement of the bulk density of the synthetic diamond and cubic boron nitride which in 16/20 ~ 325/400

二．參數(shù)資料：Technical Parameters

1.量筒：10±0.2；精度：0.015g ；

Cylinder:10±0.2, accuracy：0.015g

2.外形尺寸：160mm*160mm*195mm

Dimensions：160mm*160mm*195mm

3.相對濕度：45%~55%；Relative humidity: 45%~55%

4.溫度：20~24℃ Temperature: 20~24℃

5.漏斗材質(zhì)：黃銅；漏斗頂部內(nèi)徑：57.1 mm±0.01 mm；錐部高度：41.3 mm

導(dǎo)出的錐部角度：63°±10′；漏斗頸內(nèi)徑：6.4 mm±0.03 mm；漏斗頸長度：6.4 mm±0.03 mm

Funnel material: brass, funnel top inner diameter:57.1 mm±0.01 mm, cone height: 41.3 mm, exported cone angle 63°±10′, funnel neck inner diameter:

6. 漏斗鎖閉裝置:以一個直徑為19 mm的橡皮球，用兩根彈簧固定在漏斗頸的下端出口處，不允許有顆粒漏下。漏斗頸下端至測量筒口的距離為61.9 mm±0.1mm。

Funnel locking device: A rubber ball with a diameter of 19 mm, two springs are fixed at the lower end of the funnel neck, particle leakage is not allowed. Distance from the lower end of the funnel neck to the measuring cylinder is61.9 mm±0.1mm.

7. 測量筒the measuring cylinder

材質(zhì)：黃銅Material: Brass

內(nèi)徑：19.3 mm±0.01 mm inner diameter：19.3 mm±0.01 mm

內(nèi)深：34.2 mm±0.02 mm internal depth：34.2 mm±0.02mm

容積：約10 mL volume: 10 mL

8.刮板：刮板工作面的棱角應(yīng)平整，其平直度在每毫米長度內(nèi)應(yīng)小于0.1 mm

Scraper: the edge of scraper working surface should be smooth, the flatness shall be less than 0.1 mm per mm.

9.允許偏差：16/20~325/400粒度的試樣，三次測定的堆積密度值允許偏差不應(yīng)大于0.015 g/cm3

Allowed deviation: 16/20~325/400 particle size sample, the allowed deviation of the bulk density values for the three determination should not be greater than0.015 g/cm3.
