V型閥采用金屬硬密封結構，V型閥芯及金屬閥座在回轉過程中，球芯的V型缺口與閥座做比例流量調節，并且密封面緊密配合，V型口具有強大切斷介質、雜質的功能，避免閥門卡死現象發生，并具有自潔功能，因此適用于造紙、化工、冶金等工業企業中含有纖維或微小固體顆粒的懸濁液。配合電動執行器可以實現遠程閥門流量開度控制，在無電源情況下也可以手動進行操作。具有額定流量系數大，可調比大，密封效果好，調節性能靈敏，體積小，可豎臥安裝等優點。適用于控制氣體，蒸氣和液體等介質。尤其是適用于控制纖維性和有微小固體顆粒的懸濁液介質的理想產品。
