Uses and features
This test chamber is an environmental test equipment, which is suitable for the performance test of various products and materials under high and low temperature and humid and hot conditions. The ideal temperature and humidity control mode, the balanced temperature and humidity control mode, can automatically obtain a high precision temperature and humidity test environment. With over-temperature alarm, over-pressure protection, water shortage protection, program setting, computer control.
Configuration and use standard of main parts and components:
1. Chamber:
1) Shell: Electrostatic powder spraying on the surface of cold rolled iron plate;
2) Inner gallbladder: mirror stainless steel plate
3) Insulation layer: super glass wool;
4) Seals: silicone rubber;
5) Circulation system: centrifugal fan, forced air convection;
6) Observation window: hollow heated glass, built-in lighting, can observe the test state of the test object;
7) Test holes: 25 mm cable holes (test holes can be enlarged or reduced as required);
8) Test bracket: stainless steel mesh plate (second layer).
2. Refrigeration components:
1) Refrigeration compressor: original French Taikang refrigeration compressor;

4) Condenser: air-cooled condenser;
5) Evaporator: diaphragm air heat exchanger;

10) Lighting: Lighting lamp is installed in the observation window of the box door to observe the experiment situation in the chamber more clearly.
