一、巖棉復(fù)合板保溫層與結(jié)構(gòu)層以及保溫層與保護(hù)層的連接方式。

保溫層、保護(hù)層與結(jié)構(gòu)層的連接方式,目前有以下幾種:連桿托架;斜連桿托架;長螺桿;黏結(jié)劑。上述4種連接方式各有特點,但綜合比較,前3種施工比較麻煩而第四種方案還涉及黏結(jié)強度和耐久性等問題,為此建議采用以下4種更為簡便的方案:射釘方案;膨脹螺栓方案;預(yù)埋鋼筋或塑料筋方案;黏、釘結(jié)合方案。這幾種方案不僅施工方便,而且也有較好的耐久性。

二、巖棉復(fù)合板防止和消除保護(hù)層和飾面層出現(xiàn)裂縫,研究減少保護(hù)層應(yīng)力集中和收縮應(yīng)力的措施。
