◆適用范圍 Applicable scope

本系列機適用于各類重型工件，產品的表面噴砂處理，如各類模具表面的梨地加工（噴砂）、模具咬花及霧面處理。本系列機操作方便，可采用軌道推車上卸料，省力，加工效能好。本系列機都可根據需要，設計制作為手動或自動轉臺，轉臺直徑及承量；

The machines apply to all kinds of heavy workpiece surface piating, such as all kinds of mould surface pear to processing (sandblasting), mold textured and fog face treatment. The operation is convenient, can use rail cart on unloading, saving, processing efficiency. The machines can be designed according to the needs, for manual or automatic turntable, diameter and on volume.

◆主要技術參數 Main technical parameters

1、此機種是模具或大型較重異型之工件所設計機。
2、加裝活動臺車和轉盤，操作時僅需將工件放在臺車轉盤上，然后    將推入機內即可從事噴砂作業，十分簡單省力,可加裝定時加熱器防止玻璃珠受潮。
3、可依客戶提供工件尺寸、重量、型狀訂做轉盤轉動360度，可加裝電動調速轉盤，加快加工速 度，較易控制噴砂品質。

4、視窗由鋼化玻璃制成，內面有一層普通玻璃，更換非常方便快捷，視線非常清晰。
