環(huán)保型循環(huán)回收式噴砂機(jī)它集噴砂、回收、循環(huán)、分離、除塵于一體，無(wú)污染及砂料四處飛揚(yáng)現(xiàn)象，是新一代的環(huán)保型噴砂設(shè)備。是我公司為繁重的噴砂工作設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的多用途、大工作半徑、高效率的新型環(huán)保噴砂設(shè)備。根椐負(fù)壓產(chǎn)生裝置不同，分為電動(dòng)和全氣動(dòng)兩大種機(jī)型。該設(shè)備采用壓縮空氣做動(dòng)力，將磨料高速噴射到工件表面，經(jīng)過(guò)磨料沖擊把工件表面銹污除去，使表面達(dá)到一定的清潔度和粗糙度，再通過(guò)真空泵（或多級(jí)真空發(fā)生器）產(chǎn)生的負(fù)壓，回收砂料和粉塵，并通過(guò)設(shè)備的砂塵分離系統(tǒng)將完整的磨料分離繼續(xù)循環(huán)使用，粉塵與銹污進(jìn)入集塵桶。在手把開(kāi)關(guān)控制下，設(shè)備的噴砂、回砂、砂塵分離、砂料循環(huán)、粉塵過(guò)濾等所有動(dòng)作自行完成，工作環(huán)境干凈無(wú)污染，作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)達(dá)到“GB103328-10333-89"車(chē)間空氣粉塵衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。砂料、粉塵自動(dòng)回收、分離、循環(huán)使用，工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)干凈無(wú)粉塵污染。設(shè)備環(huán)保設(shè)計(jì)，大大改善了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和作業(yè)環(huán)境配有反吹裝置，可自動(dòng)清除濾芯灰塵。內(nèi)置分水過(guò)濾器。可對(duì)壓縮空氣進(jìn)行二次油水分離。自動(dòng)上料，將吸砂頭插入砂料中，啟動(dòng)真空泵系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)上料。PLC可編程控制（選配），料位報(bào)警功能(選配)。設(shè)有調(diào)壓旋鈕、反吹按鈕。穩(wěn)定的氣控裝置與磨料閥。工作半徑20-70米，表面處理等級(jí)達(dá)Sa2.5-3級(jí)。配置安全防水電源插座插頭，方便操作。配置控制電源航空插座插頭方便操作。美觀的防塵控制面板與電控箱。維護(hù)與檢修特別方便。車(chē)式箱體結(jié)構(gòu)，防雨防塵，移動(dòng)方便。箱體門(mén)板采用快捷門(mén)瑣聯(lián)接，拆裝方便。手把開(kāi)關(guān)控制（電控DC24V）。一機(jī)三用，具有開(kāi)放式、工業(yè)吸砂器、環(huán)保型三種設(shè)備的功能。噴砂主機(jī)采用特殊控制回路，工作壓力在0.2Kpa-0.8Kpa范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)節(jié)，可滿足不同工件的噴砂工藝要求。使用范圍：除銹、除油漆、焊縫處 理（包括不銹鋼焊縫及其周邊的去黑、去焊渣處理）去毛刺、飛邊、氧化皮、不銹鋼，鋁材表面的典雅型亞光處理（耐污性較好、可遮蓋劃傷）、去混凝土、石雕表面污圬等處理。
