本章節主要介紹免疫學檢驗的統計學室內質控方法。因為ELISA是目前臨床上zui常用的一種免疫學檢驗方法，就以ELISA檢驗為例，介紹一下有關問題。
衛生部臨床檢驗中心免疫質控室從1988年開始在全國范圍內開展乙肝標志物檢驗的質量評價活動，一直采用這一套質量評價方法，并在實踐中不斷實踐、提高和完善，希望能找出一條適合中國國情的，行之有效的質量管理的道路。
