一：全自動彈簧拉壓試驗機產品簡介
液晶顯示電子式彈簧試驗機主機與輔具的設計融匯了我公司的*技術，外形美觀，操作方便，性能穩定可靠。系統通過數字控制器，經調速系統控制數字電機轉動，經減速系統減速后通過精密絲杠副帶橫梁上升、下降，完成試樣的拉伸、壓縮等力學性能試驗，無污染、噪音低，效率高，具有較寬的調速范圍。
本機依據彈簧試驗機標準規定的要求研制而成。主要用于測試各種螺旋彈簧力學性能指標。
二：全自動彈簧拉壓試驗機主要功能
1、設定試驗力Ｐ，檢測彈簧的變形量Ｆ。
2、設定變形量Ｆ，檢測彈簧的試驗力Ｐ。
3、最多可以設定5個檢測點。
4、試驗力、位移、剛度采用數字顯示、試驗結果打印，可測試初拉力。
5、具有峰值保持、過載保護、位移和試驗力任意清零、剛度計算、試驗速度0.1－500mm/min任意設置、數據查詢、數據打印（打印機為選配）等功能。
6、采用精密數控電機帶動圓弧同步齒形帶對精密滾珠絲杠加載。
