特點：
- *、第二放卷、烘箱、收卷四段閉環恒張力。
- 三段頂開式恒溫干燥箱，進出風分層，負壓設計、二次回風，即節約能源，又減少殘留溶劑的含量。
- 烘箱內導輥主動同步傳動，減少材料拉伸和變形。
- *、第二放卷及收卷裝置，采用AC減速電機，實現翻轉雙工位及收卷不停機自動接料，全部采用氣脹軸為裝料軸。

- 高精度網紋輥涂布系統，氣動GUA刀，勻膠輥，膠劑循環裝置。
- 涂布、復合機組采用雙變頻聯機驅動，同步帶動箱內導輥確保同步。
