AFKOVL24110液壓油濾芯經久耐用
液壓油濾芯主要用于液壓系統中油品的過濾，用以出去液壓系統中的顆粒雜物及橡膠雜質，保證液壓油的清潔度，從而使液壓系統正常運轉。 
   液壓油濾芯保養方法如下：
1.換前先放掉原有液壓油，檢查回油濾芯，吸油濾芯，先導濾芯，看是否附有鐵屑銅屑或其他雜質，有的話可能有液壓元件故障，檢修排除后，清洗系統。
2.換液壓油時須同時更換所有液壓油濾芯（回油濾芯，吸油濾芯，先導濾芯），否則相當于沒換。
3.辨別液壓油標號，不同標號、不同品牌的液壓油不混用，可能會起反應變質產生絮狀物。*用該挖掘機用油。
4.加油前必須先裝上吸油濾芯，吸油濾芯罩著的管口直接通向主泵，進了雜質輕則加速主泵磨損，重則打泵。
5.加油至標準位置，液壓油箱上一般都有油位表，看液位表。注意停放方式，一般是所有油缸全部收回，即小臂、鏟斗*伸出并落地。
6.加完油后注意主泵要排空氣，否則輕則暫時全車無動作，主泵異響（空氣音爆），重則氣穴損壞主泵。排空氣方法是直接在主泵頂部松開管子接頭，直接加滿即可。
