英國斯派莎克FIG33過濾器

FIG13 Y型過濾器，鑄鐵材質，法蘭連接。標準不銹鋼過濾網，DN15至DN80為0.8mm孔徑，DN100至DN200為1.6mm孔徑。另有其它孔徑和數目及合金過濾網可供選擇。根據需要過濾器閥帽上可鉆螺紋連接排污或排放閥。

斯派莎克Y型過濾器

    英國斯派莎克FIG33過濾器用來確保所有裝置免受因管道內雜質、鐵銹及焊渣等造成的堵塞和損壞。從而降低了維修費用和生產損失。

過濾器可安裝在蒸汽管路、油管、水管及壓縮空氣系統管路中，保護各種計量儀器、泵機、減壓閥、溫控閥、蒸汽疏水閥及其它設備。

Fig33/34/36/37Y型過濾器，法蘭連接，材質分別為鑄鐵、鑄鋼、不銹鋼和球墨鑄鋼。

    Fig7籃式過濾器，法蘭連接，碳鋼材質。本體上可鉆孔以安裝壓力表和排污閥。

過濾網

的濾網規格齊全，孔徑1/64"至3/16''r或40目至200目，同時，根據不同的材料，濾網材質分別有黃銅、不銹鋼、蒙乃爾高強度耐蝕鎳銅合金等。注意:不要安裝比需要更細的濾網;建議200目的濾網只用于煤氣或空氣管路中。

安裝

    為防止過濾器中積聚凝結水，成為水錘來源并限制過濾區域，在蒸汽主管內口徑大于1"(DN25)的過濾器應水平安裝。

Spirax Sarco filter

Filter

Spirax full screen size of the filter pore size of 1/ 64 " to 3/16'' r or 40 mesh to 200 mesh , and , depending on the material , the filter material are of brass, stainless steel, Monel high strength corrosion resistant nickel-copper alloy , etc. Note : It is best not to install a finer mesh than needed ; recommend 200 mesh screen is used only for gas or air line .

Installation

    In order to prevent the accumulation of condensation water filter has become the source of water hammer and limit filtration area in the steam main diameter greater than 1 "(DN25) filter should be installed horizontally .
