一、隔水式培養箱
適用范圍：
適用于醫療衛生，醫藥，生物，化學，農業科學等科研部門進行恒溫培養必需的專業設備。
二、隔水式培養箱結構特點
1、隔水式培養箱采用微處理器控制，具有監測、控制溫度和保護等功能。箱內照明燈可觀察箱內培養物。采用優質不銹鋼內膽，*腐蝕。
2、本設備外箱是冷軋鋼板、表面采用靜電噴塑工藝、內膽為不銹鋼、保溫層由聚氨脂發泡形成，透光窗采用雙層玻璃以確保箱內的保溫性能（低溫培養箱和BOD等要求不透光的培養箱無玻璃窗），箱體內部有冷、熱氣流風道使箱內氣體循環流暢、溫度更加均勻。
3、設備的控溫系統，智能型應用*的電子電路，實現模擬控制。采用自調整PID系統，加熱執行系統采用“過零"無觸點開關電路技術，因而實現了脈沖調寬方式加熱，使其溫度控制波動范圍小于0.5℃。

五、 隔水式培養箱 注意事項
a） 本設備落地后，如地面不平應以墊平。
b） 設備的搬動要平行移動，任何一方向傾斜角應小于45度。
c） 本設備在正常運行時，箱內載物擺放應不影響空氣流通，以保證箱內溫度均勻。
d） 箱壁內膽和設備表面要經常擦拭，以保持清潔。
e） 設備*不用，應撥掉電源線，以防止設備帶電傷人。并應定期（一般一季度）按使用條件運行2-3天，以驅除電氣部件的潮氣，避免損壞有關器件。
f） 本設備如發生故障，應由專業人員或生產廠家維修解決。
