數(shù)顯式式液壓*試驗機(jī)主要用于金屬材料的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲等力學(xué)性能試驗，增加簡單的附件后可對水泥、混凝土、磚、瓦、橡膠及其制品進(jìn)行檢測。
Digital display type hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for metal materials tensile, compression, bending mechanical properties test, adding simple accessories for test on cement, concrete, brick, tile, rubber and its products.
本機(jī)由雙立柱雙絲杠油缸下置式主機(jī)及琴式油源控制柜組成。拉伸空間位于主機(jī)上方，壓縮、彎曲試驗位于主機(jī)下方即中橫梁和工作臺之間。試驗空間的調(diào)整通過移動中橫梁來實現(xiàn)，中橫梁升降采用鏈條傳動。手動調(diào)整送油閥進(jìn)油量來實現(xiàn)材料的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲等試驗。試驗完成后自動求取材料的zui大力、抗拉強(qiáng)度等試驗結(jié)果。
This machine consists of two column dual screw cylinder underneath type host and banjo type oil source control cabinet. Tensile space located above the main machine, compression, bending test is located below the main beam and platform. The space adjustment is achieved by moving beam, crossbeam lifting adopts chain transmission. The tensile, manually adjust the oil supply valve oil inlet amount to achieve the compression, bending test. Results the maximum stress, after completion of the test the automatic calculation of the tensile strength etc..

1、特制超厚鉗口座在鉗口夾持試樣時、使鉗口*包容在鉗口座體內(nèi)，使試樣夾持更加可靠，杜絕了因鉗口座淺而呈喇叭狀變形損壞的可能，大大提高了設(shè)備的使用壽命。
