LDDL2Series Electromagnetic Singledisc Cultches

一、簡介（Applications）
LDDL2系列系無滑環干式，通電型工作的單片電磁離合器，線圈不旋轉，一個摩擦付，結構緊湊，傳遞力矩大，響應迅速，無空載損耗。
適用于高頻動作的機械傳動系統，可在主動部分運轉的情況下，使從動部分與主動部分結合或分離。廣泛適用于包裝機械、印刷機械、紡織機械、輕工機械、及辦公機械中。
LDDL2 Clutches are singledisc clutches for dry operation, without sliping the coil not rotating. High transmitting torque, quick response and no drag torque.
They are widely used in packing machines, printing machines, textile machines etc...., to realize the dricen and driving shaft while the latter is running.

四、安裝（Installation）
安裝注意事項 Warning
●摩擦片及銜鐵表面不得有油污，必須保持清潔；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安裝離合器必須保證同軸度不大于0.1mm；
The coaxial degree should not exceed 0.1mm.
●與離合器配合的軸孔與軸精密度為H8/h7
Fit h7 is recommended so that the brake can be fitted easily and without demange on to the shaft.
●離合器主、從動側需固定，不允許有軸向竄動，同時必須保證工作氣隙“δ”
Not allowed to move on axial direction. Airgap should be kept in “δ”.
