Description
Recombinant human BMP-2 was expressed in E. coli and is supplied in a lyophilized form. BMPs are synthesized as precursor proteins that are processed by cleavage to produce mature proteins. A greater than 95% purity was determined by reverse-phase HPLC and SDS-PAGE.
Concentration and Specific Activity
