槽車采取樣管符合GB/T 2289《焦化粘油類產品取樣方法》國家標準。

槽車采取樣管取樣時，先將重砣提起，使取樣管垂直于液面，緩緩的將取樣管侵至槽車底部，關閉重砣，然后將取樣管提起。用面紗擦去表面油品，再將采取的式樣導入潔凈，干燥的盛樣容器內。其取樣總量不能低于2000ml。
