三、性能及特點：

1、加熱體采用板塊式結構，即底部加熱盤和四周加熱圈方式，加熱體不易燒壞，壽命長。

2、溫度控制采用數顯溫控儀自動以PID方式控制溫度，控溫精度高，抗干擾能力強。

3、采用單片機+液晶屏的對話界面，自動調節抽氣壓力，自動計時，當達到60分鐘時，自動報警，提示試驗操作人員及時取出油杯。

4、用空氣泵抽真空，使負壓能很精確地維持在196±2Pa（20±0.2mmH2O）范圍內。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. The heating body adopts the slab structure, that is, the heating plate at the bottom and the heating ring around it. The heating body is not easy to burn out and has a long life.

2. Temperature control adopts digital display temperature controller to automatically control temperature in PID mode, with high temperature control precision and strong anti-interference ability.

3. Adopting the dialogue interface of single chip microcomputer and LIQUID crystal screen, the air extraction pressure is automatically adjusted and the timing is automatic. When it reaches 60 minutes, the alarm is automatically given to prompt the test operator to take out the oil cup in time.

4. Vacuum with air pump, the negative pressure can be maintained within the range of 196±2Pa (20± 0.2mmh2O) accurately.
