三、性能及特點:
1、儀器加熱采用電熱管加熱方式,進口數顯溫控儀控制溫度,控溫精度高,數字顯示直觀。
2、采用單片機計時,液晶屏顯示四路計時時間,計時完畢自動計算出粘度值。
3、儀器電源和浴缸分上下層連接,浴缸下面采用節能燈照明,以提高觀察時的清晰度。
4、采用電機攪拌減少浴缸內液體的溫度梯度,使溫度均勻,結果更準確。

It is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products
Ii. Main Technical parameters:
Timing, data processing and kinematic viscosity value calculation are performed by the instrument.
The instrument is equipped with temperature correction function, which can use high grade thermometer to correct temperature measurement and temperature control accuracy.
Intelligent fuzzy logic + variable coefficient PID composite temperature control method is adopted for temperature control, with constant temperature accuracy of ±0.1℃
The temperature is measured using precision platinum resistance PT100

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:
1, the instrument heating adopts electric heat pipe heating, imported digital display temperature controller temperature control, temperature control precision is high, intuitive digital display.
2. Single-chip microcomputer is used for timing. The LCD displays the four-way timing time, and automatically calculates the viscosity value after the timing is finished.
3. The instrument power supply and the bathtub are connected at the upper and lower levels. Energy-saving lamps are used to illuminate the bathtub to improve the clarity of observation.
4, the use of motor stirring to reduce the temperature gradient of the liquid in the bathtub, so that the temperature is uniform, more accurate results.
5, the instrument adopts double glass cylinder, temperature control is accurate, safe and reliable.
