四、原理：
樣品的流動性隨著溫度的降低而變慢，直到達某溫度時，樣品出現不流動，本機采用新技術，用半導體制冷將樣品快速降溫，在降溫過程中用光電管（含紅外）發射多束光線到達樣品表面，用電機傾斜樣品，流動的樣品將光線反射到CCD攝像機上，形成一副圖像，計算機根據圖像流動時的變化量，判斷出油樣的傾點。
