組成
雙效降膜蒸發器由加熱器、分離器、冷凝器、預熱器、真空系統、熱壓泵、電
器儀表、控制柜、工作平臺等。
材質
SUS304或SUS316L 根據物料工藝要求定。
產品特點
◆物料在加熱管中停留時間很短，特別適合熱敏物料的濃縮，
可連續進料，連續出料。
◆蒸發溫度較低，可根據客戶要求選擇效數和蒸發溫度。
◆加熱蒸發器頂噴淋布膜裝置，成膜均勻。
◆冷凝器結構，傳熱系數大，效果好。
◆采用噴射熱壓泵，節能效果明顯。
◆可根據客戶要求采用自控和手控兩種機型。
