產品結構特點 Construction features

1) 流體阻力小  閘閥閥體內部介質通道是直通的，介質流經閘閥時不改變其流動方 向，因而流動阻力較小；

2) 啟閉較省力  啟閉時閘板運動方向與介質流動方向相垂直，閘閥的啟閉較為省力；

3) 介質流動方向一般不受限制介質可以從閘閥兩側任意方向流過，均能達到接通或 截斷的目的，便于安裝，適用于介質的流動方向可能改變的管路中；

4) 密封面磨損小  閘閥的閥體上設有導向機構，可防止閘板在開啟或關閉時旋轉， 從而保證密封面相應對準，并使閘板在未達到關閉位置之前不與閥座摩擦，從而減 少密封面的磨損；

5) 結構簡單  閘閥的形狀結構比較簡單，制造工藝性較好，結構長度比較短。

6) 填料室設有真空密封結構，具有自脹壓緊作用，并且密封采用高強膨脹材料密封，使系統(tǒng)與大氣隔離，具有很好的系統(tǒng)氣密封性。

6) The packing chamber is equipped with vacuum seal structure, which has self-expanding pressure and compaction, and sealing with high pressure expansion material, so that the system is completely isolated from the atmosphere, and has a good system gas seal.
