(一)浮動式球閥 Floating ball valve

1、閥門開、關位置指示Indication of valve's open and close positions：       

球、閥桿、手柄是一個裝配單元，閥桿頭部采用扁方結構，由手柄所處位置容易辨別出閥門是處于開位置或關位置。當手柄或閥桿頭部的扁方與管線平行時，閥門處于全開位置；當手柄或閥桿頭部的扁方與管線垂直時，閥門處于全關位置。

Ball, stem and handle are one assembly unit. The stem head is a flat-square structure and the valve is easy to be seen either in the opened or closed position from the place the handle is in. When the handle or the flat-square of the stem head is parallel with the pipeline, the valve is in the fully opened position; while in the fully closed one when vertical to the pipeline.

2、鎖定裝置Locker：       

為防止誤操作閥門，在閥門的全開和全關位置可用掛鎖鎖定閥門，特別是安裝在野外的閥門或當工藝流程中不允許開或關閥門時，為防止其他人員錯誤操作閥門，將閥門位置鎖定是很重要的。

To prevent maloperation of the valve, a hanging lock can be used to lock it when in the fully opened or closed position, which is very important especially for the valve mounted outside or not allowed to be opened or closed by the technological flow.

3、閥桿防飛結構Stem fly-resisting structure：       

當介質通過閥門時，閥體中腔的壓力可能將閥桿推出。為防止這種情況發生，在閥桿下部設置一防飛出結構(圖1)。這樣，即使火災時，填料、止推軸承被燒損或其它原因引起填料等損壞，閥體內的介質壓力將使閥桿臺肩與閥體上密封面緊密接觸，防止介質大量從損壞的填料部位處泄漏。

The stem may be pushed out by the pressure in the middle cavity of the body when the medium goes through the valve. To prevent this, a fly-resisting structure is made on the lower part of the stem (Fig. 1). In this way, even if the packing and/or thrust bearing are burnt out in a fire or damaged by other causes, the medium's pressure inside of the body will have both stem flange and upper sealing face of body tightly contacted so as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the damaged packing place.

4、防靜電裝置及防火結構Electrostatic-proof device and fire-fighting structure：       

設計了防靜電裝置(圖2)和防火結構(圖3)。當發生火災時，一旦閥座被燒損，球體將直接和閥體上的金屬面接觸，從而阻止介質大量從燒損的閥座處泄漏。

Both electrostatic-proof device (Fig. 2) and fire-fighting structure (Fig. 3) are designed. Once the seat ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the ball would be directly contacted with the metal face of the body so as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring.

6、全通徑或縮徑Full or reduced diameter：       

閥門公稱通徑與管線內徑一致(客戶要求時可為縮徑)，以便管線清掃(圖6)。

The valve nominal diameter is identical to the inner diameter of the pipeline (which can be reduced one if so required by users) for the sake of cleaning (Fig. 6).
