During starting and stopping, the motor is driven by a continuous change of 1Hz current to run in a smooth acceleration and deceleration process. The railings rise and fall smoothly, and there will be no unsightly bounce and jitter when stopped, completely solving the problems of short life and large maintenance of gears and other transmission components caused by mechanical impact.
Adaptive angle control
An angle sensor with a life span of 10 million times is used for position feedback, and the software controls the uniform deceleration and smooth parking of the railing. Therefore, there is no position detection switch, no user adjustment and maintenance are required, and no initialization process such as self-study is required.
AC integrated movement
Integrated movement, simple and reliable control, stable operation and low noise, can significantly reduce the maintenance of the motor, economical and practical. The unique high-precision integrated movement transmission overcomes the wear of the motor and gear caused by the jitter of the railing machine during operation, and has high reliability.
green technology
Frequency conversion green technology greatly reduces the temperature rise of the motor and avoids the failure of motor and gear lubrication caused by high temperature. Compared with traditional barriers, the energy consumption is saved by more than 80% during the no-operation period. The maintenance time is very favorable.
Multiple anti-smashing technology
The controller is integrated with a coil-type vehicle inspection (HVD), which will not drop the rod when the vehicle passes. It will automatically drop the rod after passing safely. An infrared sensor probe can also be installed to improve the safety level of anti-smashing vehicles.
All-weather box
The sturdy case is made of high-quality galvanized steel plate and uses advanced powder coating to ensure that the sun will not fade for a long time. Comply with ROHS standards, no harm to the environment, the motor itself has a static current, which can ensure normal operation in severe cold weather at minus 40 degrees.
