電器驗貨-電熱水壺的檢驗,我們一般采取AQL標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(Acceptable Quality Limits, 可接受質(zhì)量限制)來定義產(chǎn)品缺陷程度和可接受范圍。
電熱水壺:
外觀注意事項:如果是塑料件,那需要注意壺身和底座的顏色是否一致.有可能材料不一致而導(dǎo)致有色差,那需要查看客人訂單,參考樣品,彩盒產(chǎn)品照片.
塑料件注意飛邊,縮水,氣紋,劃痕等外觀不良.各個裝配部位縫隙應(yīng)該均勻,間隙不要大于0.8mm.不要有松動/變形等不良現(xiàn)象.
金屬件,表面應(yīng)該注意劃痕,銹斑,電鍍不良及指紋印等不良情況,外觀應(yīng)該符合客人訂單及樣品. (例如不銹鋼鏡面及啞光效果)
大貨和彩盒照片放一起拍張照片.
三、基本測試
1.Transportation drop test (運輸?shù)錅y試)
2.Product Size /power cord length / Weight Measurement (產(chǎn)品尺寸/電源線長度/重量測量.量尺寸的時候尺子拉直,如果卷尺頭子有松動,可以從10cm位置開始測量)
3.Bar code scan check(條形碼掃描檢查)
二維碼(app下載個二維碼掃描軟件,可以掃描出鏈接,如果不能連上,拍鏈接照片備注即可)
4.Assembly/installation check(組裝/安裝檢查)
5.Coating Adhesive Tape Test(涂層附著力測試)
6.Stability test(穩(wěn)定性測試,加Max刻度的水,并且電源線要放在不利的方向)
7.High voltage test(高壓測試)
8.Power on check (通電檢查,注意冷卻5分鐘再加入冷水)
(留意蓋子是否松開或者打不開)
9.Earth continually test if applicable(接地持續(xù)測試(如適用))
10.Power consumption check(功耗檢查)
11.Power cord strain relief test(電源線拉力測試)
(如果沒有拉力器,可以吊相應(yīng)的重量,這個測試不要備注沒有儀器)
12.Internal workmanship and critical component check(內(nèi)部工藝和關(guān)鍵部件檢查)
13.Rubbing test for rating label and adhesive Test for printing, marking and logo
(額定標(biāo)簽和粘合劑的摩擦測試印刷、標(biāo)記和徽標(biāo)測試)
基本測試:如果產(chǎn)品是360度旋轉(zhuǎn)的.
14.Jug body 360 degree rotation check(壺體360度旋轉(zhuǎn)檢查)
Poured purified water into Min. level, input rated voltage and switch on, then slowly turned jug body along base for two circle (clockwise and anti-clockwise), check if intermittent function between jug and base.(將純凈水倒入水位,輸入額定電壓并打開開關(guān),然后慢慢沿底座旋轉(zhuǎn)壺體兩圈(順時針和逆時針),檢查壺體和底座之間是否間歇性功能。)
(其他要求壺身和底座之間墊0.5mm厚的墊圈不能有接觸不良的問題發(fā)現(xiàn))
15.Boiling hot water temperature check(沸水溫度檢查)
Poured purified water into Max level, then input rated voltage and switch on, measured boiling water temperature (centre position) after steam switched off and record actual data into report.
(將純凈水倒入水位,然后輸入額定電壓并打開開關(guān),關(guān)閉蒸汽后測量沸水溫度(中心位置),并將實際數(shù)據(jù)記錄到報告中。)
the water should not spray out of kettle, and the lid should be on the housing properly.
(水不應(yīng)從水壺中噴出,蓋子應(yīng)正確蓋在外殼上。)
(正常燒水應(yīng)該水不會濺出,如果有問題可以根據(jù)溢出或飛濺出的量來備注,拍照或視頻來正面)(水溫一般要大于98C,時間客人有要求就記錄,一般溫度到98C后30秒以內(nèi)溫控會跳,當(dāng)然根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)不同,如果蒸汽開關(guān)在手柄下部就會慢一點)
16.capacity check(容量檢查)
The capacity should be complied with requirement (claims)
(一般正負5%)
17.Timing accuracy check (for with timing function item) Timer should be set as per instruction manual and the timer is set at max. time, and then to operate it, the actual time should be measured, if no client requirement, the tolerance requirement is: electronics type +/-1minutes, mechanical type +/-10%
(計時精度檢查(帶計時功能的產(chǎn)品)計時器應(yīng)按照說明書設(shè)置,計時器設(shè)置為時間,然后運行,應(yīng)測量實際時間,如果客戶沒有要求,公差要求為:電子類型+/-1分鐘,機械類型+/-10%)
18.Dry boiling check(干燒檢查)
Apply a lower voltage( about 70% of rated voltage ) with no water in the kettle, then check if thermal control switch operates as intended. no safety issue occurs.
(在水壺中沒有水的情況下施加較低電壓(約70%額定電壓),然后檢查熱控開關(guān)是否按預(yù)期運行。沒有發(fā)生安全問題。)

The fixing system of handle shall bear a bending stress force of 100N(applied on (each) handle) for 1 minute.
Or The assemblies of handle must support a weight equal to 2 times the weight of the water capacity of the unit plus the weight of any cover intended for use with the unit for 1 minute.
no any failure of the securing system after testing, i.e. rivets, welds, etc.

21.Full function check (全面功能檢查)
All of intended functions what specified in instruction manual should be operated and checked, and all should work properly as intended.
such as installation/assembly, adjusting, switch/knob action check, setting, other actual using function etc.
all of function should be complied with spec.

1.蒸汽溫控(這個指手柄開關(guān)位置的那個溫控或老的一體溫控)
