YTK-01·02·03系列壓力控制器簡 介
YTK系列壓力控制器適用于對無爆炸危險的非結晶和非凝固介質的壓力進行位式控制，同時發出燈光信號，并按被測對象的各異，分別制成有壓力指示和無壓力指示等多種類型。
Brief introduction：
YTK series pressure controller is suitable for controlling pressure of liquid medium by position controlling , and the medium is non-crystalloid and non-concretionary, and has no danger of explosion. Lighting signal is sent out simultaneously. Due to difference of measured objects, pressure controller can be manufactured into manifold types, such as having pressure indication and not having pressure indication.

結構原理
控制器由測量系統，控制裝置，調整機構、氖燈顯示，指示裝置以及外殼和插頭座等組成。
控制器的工作原理是基于檢測元件（測量系統中的彈簧管）的彈性變形來驅使機能元件（控制裝置中的微動開關）產生快速的開關跳躍動作。即在被測（控）介質的壓力作用下，迫使彈簧管之末端產生相應的彈性位移，而與管端相連的微動開關中的按鈕（推桿）也隨之產生相應動作，待壓力達到所設定的控制值之瞬時，開關觸點即切換，致使控制系統中的電路予以斷開或接通，并同時發出燈光信號，以實現自動控制和發信號的目的。
Configuration principle
Pressure controller is composed of measuring system, controlling device, adjusting machine, neon light displaying, indicating device, crust and jack plug.
Operating principle of the controller is based on elastic deformation of testing component （spring tube used in measure system）, which can drive functionality component （micro switch used in controlling device） to produce jump action quickly. Under the action of measured （or controlled） medium, spring displacement will occur accordingly at the end of spring tube. As a result, the button （handspike） of micro switch connecting to the end will act also. Once pressure reaches defined control value, switch contactors will switch immediay and circuit of control system will be cut off or switch on. Lighting signal is sent out simultaneously, and aim of autocontrol and signal sending is gained.
