1.殼體采用高強度合金鋁一次性壓鑄成型，表面經高速拋丸清理后高壓靜電噴塑。外殼結構緊湊合理、材質密度高強度好、防爆性能優良，表面塑粉附著力強具有良好的防腐能力，表面光潔，美觀大方；
2.燈罩材質采用鋼化玻璃，透光性好，抗高能量沖擊，且為防眩光設計，經過光學二次設計并得到了實際測試的驗證；

LED光源特點 The features for LED

1.超長壽命：壽命可到5~10萬小時；
2.光效高，，無光污染：相對于傳統高壓鈉燈和金鹵燈節能60%以上；光的利用率高，集中照射地面，避免了空中的光學污染；綠色環保。光源本身不含鉛、汞等有害氣體；紫外線紅外線；
3.高效二次配光技術：同等功率下使地面提高了30%以上；
4.安裝簡便可靠；
5.散熱控制出色：相對于氣溫，溫升不超過25℃；
6.光色均勻：不加透鏡，不以提高亮度而犧牲均勻光色，從而保證無光圈，光色均勻；

10.發光范圍大，無眩光：采用的大功率LED均為120°以上發光角，同時消除了眩光，提高了通道照明的安全性；
11.顯色性好：顯色指數可達80CRI以上，能更真實的還原物體顏色，提高分辨率；
12.低損耗、高效率：整體等效高達85%以上，功率因素達到0.95以上。

2.Great luminance, no radiation and no light pollution: The traditional high pressure sodium lamp and metal halide lamp can
not compare with BAD 63 lamp in energy saving. It has higher 60% than them. The light can be used efficiently. It is hining
intensively avoid the light pollution. And it can enhance the green environmental protection. The source of light don't have any poisonous gas, including lead and Hg. There are no ultraviolet radiation or infrared radiation.
