機(jī)器功能特性

一、機(jī)架

u 結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)固：采用國(guó)內(nèi)外流行的方鋼立柱結(jié)構(gòu)，減少了40%后傾。

u 綠色：傳統(tǒng)超聲波焊接機(jī)立柱一般采用鋼管加工后表面電鍍工藝，凱力采用*綠色噴粉烘烤油漆。從而減少因電鍍對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。

u 高精度：普通超聲波焊接機(jī)臺(tái)采用圓柱雙環(huán)鎖結(jié)構(gòu)，機(jī)臺(tái)上下移動(dòng)偏差大。而凱力采用高精密機(jī)床燕尾槽導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)，從而使超聲波設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)更符合通用設(shè)備生產(chǎn)所需要的準(zhǔn)確度。

u 馬達(dá)升降：凱力繼承了明和超聲波的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，機(jī)身移位采用馬達(dá)控制T型絲桿結(jié)構(gòu)，為快速、準(zhǔn)確調(diào)模創(chuàng)造了條件。

二、系統(tǒng)

1.具有工作鍵互鎖功能，并配有緊急停機(jī)開關(guān)，符合國(guó)內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。避免了由操作人員失誤，引起的人身傷害。

2.采用電腦微晶片作各級(jí)數(shù)據(jù)控制，整個(gè)工作循環(huán)全由微控器指令完成，精度可萬(wàn)分之一的誤差。

3.輸出振幅可調(diào)范圍寬，適用焊接的工件更廣，整機(jī)能量采用數(shù)字顯示。讀出精度可達(dá)0.001A.

4.能量輸出使用雙組模塊，抗過(guò)載能力是普通元件的約4倍，故障率更低，并同時(shí)配有過(guò)載燈指示，一旦由于各種原因及操作失誤發(fā)生，在報(bào)警的同時(shí)，切斷驅(qū)動(dòng)回路保護(hù)電器元件。

5.不良品報(bào)警功能：在超聲波發(fā)振系統(tǒng)中增加一套微控PA系統(tǒng)，對(duì)輸出功率進(jìn)行隨機(jī)的跟蹤。在焊接過(guò)程中，同一工件達(dá)到滿意的效果時(shí)，技術(shù)人員將把具體參數(shù)值進(jìn)行記錄后，多設(shè)備設(shè)定值進(jìn)行重新設(shè)定，當(dāng)外界條件變化時(shí)，引起焊接參數(shù)變化達(dá)到不設(shè)定的要求時(shí)，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)不良品現(xiàn)象，設(shè)備將自動(dòng)停機(jī)。利用此原理來(lái)檢測(cè)焊接能量配合的合理性，達(dá)成焊接設(shè)備生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)。采用微控IC方式進(jìn)行報(bào)警，來(lái)提醒操作者及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不良品，以免流向客戶。

三、換能器和治具：

1.換能器和模頭的諧振頻率，并使工作頻開機(jī)時(shí)系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)搜索率達(dá)到很好工作狀態(tài)，免除了傳統(tǒng)機(jī)器人工調(diào)諧的煩惱。避免頻率調(diào)諧不準(zhǔn)而引起機(jī)器內(nèi)部元件損壞，并且能及時(shí)判定設(shè)備是否正常，并給出故障指示和聲音報(bào)警。

2.工作時(shí)，時(shí)時(shí)**系統(tǒng)的諧振頻率，電流過(guò)大，溫度過(guò)高、功率過(guò)大等。很大程度上避免設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障并使故障率降到很低。

The machine features

一、RACK

二、SYSTEM
