Application
DCR-1220網布無紡布圓刀模切機多工位圓刀套位模切、材料復合,本設備適用于各種膠帶、保護膜、泡棉、網布、銅鋁箔、背光源模組、柔性線路板、醫療和衛生等模切行業。
DCR-1020 is suitable for multi-station set position die cutting, laminating. This machine is applicable for adhesive tape, protection film, foam, mesh cloth, aluminum and copper foil, back light module, flexible circuit board, medicine and hygiene field, etc.

Feature
1.主操作采用電腦觸摸式工控機,圖形顯示,直觀明了,操作便捷可同時使用鍵盤和鼠標以及用手觸摸。
The main operation interface adopts touch panel, with picture display for easy operation.
Keyboard, mouse and hand touch are all available.
2.可存儲500種以上SOP數據,提高標準程度,對員工的經驗依賴程度降低,并可減少調刀過程材料浪費率60%以上。

3.所有收放料軸分別由馬達獨立驅動,收放料、正反轉自由,靈敏度張力傳感軸反饋控制,使材料運行平穩,順暢。
All unwind & rewind shafts are driven separately by servo motors. The unwinding, rewinding, straight & reverse rotation are more flexible and controlled by high sensitivity tension sensor shaft’s feedback to ensure smooth running.
4.所有刀座的運動控制由德國Lenz的伺服馬達驅動,扭力足夠大,加減速穩定,獨立可調,套切精度可達±0.075mm。
All cutter holder’s movements are controlled by German Lenz servo motor with enough torsion, stable acceleration and deceleration, precision can be ±0.075mm.
5.控制系統由德國Lenz PLC和同步控制器共同完成控制,同步性高。
The control system is operated by German Lenz PLC and logic movement controller with better synchronism.
6.整機具備異步模切功能,可節省模切材料。
Machine has the function of asynchronous laminating which can save material.
7.帶移動式輔助放料軸。
Movable auxiliary unwind shaft.
8.配備主放料EPC糾偏裝置,使材料進入刀座穩定。
Main unwind EPC system can stabilize the material feeding into blade holder.
9.斷料檢測(包括透明料)停機或報警,減少材料浪費。
Fracturing detecting (including transparent material) machine stop or alarming to reduce material waste.
10.配備CCD檢測裝置,生產過程中可實時檢測產品的套位精度, 然后反饋給PLC下達指令給伺服電機進行尺寸調整。
CCD testing system can test position precision all the time during the whole process and then feedback to PLC which send orders to servo motors to adjust position.
11. 配備色標電眼跟蹤,滿足生產印刷產品套位的要求。Color code electric eye tracking system can meet the demand of position precision of produce printing product.
12. 具備在一臺機器上可以同時生產兩種不同種類的產品,提高機器的使用率。

異步模切:
1、異步模切與貼合,對于特殊產品,可以采用異步模切與貼合功能,程度的節省原材料成本,提高企業利潤;
可進行異步縱向模切,可實現同一把縱向模切刀不同長度的異步模切;
2. 自動追標定位模切:
(1)對于印刷后產品的追標模切,降低了設備對操作者的要求,自動化程度高,提高了圓刀機的使用范圍與產品的成品率;
(2)可進行碳片等片材形式的跳步不準確的卷材追標模切,模切準確;
(3)可進行多把刀之間的追標定位套切,模切智能,穩定;;
3. 張力復位校準功能:
工業電腦既可以實時顯示每個軸的實時張力曲線,又可以實現張力校準功能,限度的減小張力,對產品質量的影響;

對于簡單工藝,一臺多工位模切機可以根據需要重新定義,分成兩立的設備,操作互不影響,效率翻番;
