概述：

聚氨酯生產設備、乳膠漆生產線、白乳膠、膠、密封膠、玻璃膠、泡沫膠等一體化成套設備。乳膠漆生產線是我公司專為投資涂料項目企業設計的，我公司機械工程師、工藝工程師和市場研究人員，通過長期對各種規模的乳膠漆企業，進行設備的安裝調試和售后服務，總結了大量實踐經驗，并根據乳膠漆市場的長期跟蹤與研究，設計出一套符合企業的設備，并且占地面積少，操作方便，是客戶一步到位的理想設備。

特點：

1、年產量1000-1500噸，平均每兩小時生產1.3噸。

2、細度可達15個微米以下。

3、不銹鋼件全部為鏡面拋光，美觀、大方。真空操作無粉塵飛揚，現場干凈。

4、所有設計均是人性化設計，整套設備由兩名工人操作。

5、整套設備共分九個系統： 1）真空進料系統；2）壓力出料及過濾系統；3）制漿系統；4）調漆系統；5）冷卻系統； 6）灌裝及包裝系統　 7）管路系統；8）電氣控制系統； 9）操作平臺。

3. Stainless steel parts for all mirror polishing, beautiful, generous. Vacuum operation no dust flying, on-site clean.

4. All designs are humanization design, the whole equipment by two workers operation.
