一、產品概述Product Overview

液壓安全閥是安裝呼吸閥儲罐上配置的安全閥門，當呼吸閥出現故障或不能有效啟動，儲罐內外壓力失去平衡超過規定值，液壓安全閥將自動啟動工作，保護儲罐不被破壞；與呼吸閥配套使用，有著雙保險保護儲罐作用；液壓安全閥應與同規格阻火器配套，特別適應北方寒冷氣候地區使用，廣泛應用于油田、石化廠、油庫等儲存原油、汽油、煤油、柴油、芳烴等液體介質的儲罐。

二、主要用途Main Use

1、液壓安全閥是（活瓣式）呼吸閥的安全備用設備，它的吸氣和呼氣的動作壓力略高于（活瓣式）呼吸閥，在呼吸閥一旦失靈或在冬季其活瓣凍結時，液壓安全閥的液封即被破壞從而保護油罐免遭破壞。

2、液壓安全閥裝于油罐頂部與呼吸閥配合使用。

3、控制壓力：+200毫米水柱至~-45毫米水柱。

三、安裝事項Installation Item

1、液壓安全閥應示意圖進行安裝，保證安全閥對接合管法蘭垂直，垂直度允差應小于50。

2、安裝液壓安全閥之前，先對液壓安全閥進行檢查，用溶劑洗擦灰塵和其它粘性物質；

3、液壓安全閥安裝的法蘭標準及壓力如下：PN0.6MPa.JB78-59。

4、液壓安全閥安裝完畢后，摘下閥罩，在集油槽內注入變壓器油，保持液面與溢流管頂平。

四、維護保養Maintenance

1、設備保養人員在儲罐每次收或發作業前應認真檢查液壓安全閥的油位標準，及時補油；

2、一般一年應清洗一次液壓安全閥的集油槽并更換新的液壓油。

3、為確保儲罐的安全，注入的液壓油油位尺顯示不可大于60mm。

4、至少三個月檢查一下阻火器，將阻火器網上的灰塵及鐵銹清除清洗干凈，避免阻火網堵塞，造成液壓安全閥失效，儲罐被抽癟事故發生。
