注射用水設(shè)備注射用水是純化水經(jīng)蒸餾所得，細菌內(nèi)毒素等指標均符合中國藥典注射用水項下規(guī)定的水質(zhì)要求，可作為生物制藥企業(yè)中各類直接注射入人體內(nèi)藥物的溶劑。注射用水設(shè)備主要包括注射用水制備、循環(huán)儲存、動態(tài)分配和工藝控制等主要模塊。

◆3D設(shè)計：注射用水系統(tǒng)潔凈管路滿足GMP3D要求，膠墊為PTPE/EPDM，隔膜閥水平安裝時為45度，循環(huán)管線安裝設(shè)為0.5的坡度，設(shè)低點為排放點,并以湍液狀態(tài)循環(huán)流動的貯存和輸送系統(tǒng)，防止微生物的滋生；
