安康油漆涂料紫外線抗老化試驗箱
UVA-340燈管. UVA-340 燈管可地模擬太陽光中的短波紫外光,即從365 納米到太陽光截止點 295 納米的波長范圍。
在很多戶外環境中,材料每天的潮濕時間可長達12小時。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水,而不是雨水。Q8通過的冷凝功能來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕。在冷凝循環中,通過加熱試驗機底部水盤來產生水蒸汽。熱的水蒸汽使試驗箱在較高溫度下保持99%相對濕度。在Q8的設計中,試樣實際上構成試驗箱的側壁,試樣的背面暴露在實驗室室內空氣中。室內空氣的冷卻作用導致試樣表面溫度比水蒸汽溫度低幾度,從而保證水蒸汽會連續不斷地在樣品表面凝結。這種冷凝水是很穩定的純凈蒸餾水。
在某些實際應用條件下,例如陽光下,聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時,材料的溫度就會發生急劇變化,產生熱沖擊,這種熱沖擊對于許多材料而言是一種考驗。Q8的水噴淋可以模擬熱沖擊和/或應力腐蝕。
