●Operation of filtration: the primary advantage of HKD bag filter for dryer is that it adopts the mechanism structures in combination of obstructing and filtration. Dust-laden smoke enters filter bags in filter chamber through the air inlet duct over the hopper. with deflector set in air duct. dust in coarse granule can fall into the hopper due to obstruction by deflector and self-gravity, which is known as pre-collecting. Therefore, abrasion of filtering bag by dust can be eased. fine dust swarms into filter bags with airflow, where dust is retained onto filter bags and air could be purified before being exhausted outside by draft fan.

方的進風管道進入過濾室的濾袋中，進氣管道內設置有導向導流器，粗顆粒粉塵在導向導流器的阻攔及重力的作用下落入灰斗，實現了粉塵的預分離，減少了粉塵對濾袋的磨損。細粉塵隨氣流涌入濾袋，粉塵被滯留在濾袋上，氣流則透過濾袋得到凈化，凈化后的氣流通過引風機排入大氣中。
