    三偏心多層次金屬硬密封蝶閥系列，系我公司新開(kāi)發(fā)的長(zhǎng)壽命、無(wú)泄漏、節(jié)能型蝶閥。產(chǎn)品符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T8527—

97（金屬硬密封蝶閥）、FB/T13927—92（通用閥門(mén)壓力試驗(yàn)）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及閥門(mén)其它相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)，采用三維偏心原理設(shè)計(jì)，密封圈采用硬軟密封兼具的多層次結(jié)構(gòu)，適用于介質(zhì)溫度≤65的冶金、電力、石油化工、空氣、煤氣、以及給排水等介質(zhì)管道上作調(diào)節(jié)流體和截?cái)嗔黧w，密封性能可靠，是通用蝶閥向中壓高壓領(lǐng)域的延伸和發(fā)展。

       在此結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上，可采用聚四氟乙烯替代多層次密封圈，形成新一代三偏心四氟密封蝶閥，廣泛應(yīng)用在溫度≤200℃的腐蝕性介質(zhì)中。

   Three biased multi-level metals hard seal butterfly valves series,is the long life whice the our company newly develops,not divulges,the energy conservation butterfly valve.The product conforms to nation standard JB/T8527-97（metal hardly to seal reed valve）,GB/T13927-J92（general valve pressure test）the standard and the valve other correlation standardsStipulations,unifies the domestic and foreign advanced technologies,uses the three dimensional eccentric principle design,The seal packing cllar uses hardly softly seals the concurrently multi-levelstructure,is suitable to the medium temperature<＝65℃ metallurgy,the electric power,the petroleum chemical industry,the air,the coal gas,as well as for medium pipeline on and so on the draining water makes the adjustment current capacity and the interruption fluid,the sealing property is reliable,is the general reed valve presses,center high temperature domain extending to the center with the development.

        In this structure foundation,may use the teflon to substitute the multi-level seal packing collar,forms the new generation of threeBiased four fluorine seals reed valve,widespread application in temperature<＝200℃corrosive medium environment.
