CFY型泵是一種單級單吸長軸液下式磁力驅動離心泵，適合于石油、化工行業輸送不含固體顆粒的各類易于揮發的有毒有害液體。
廣泛應用于氟化工行業氫氟酸液下泵和LNG行業的胺收集液下泵等。
CFY is a single stage single suction long shaft submergedmagnetic driven centrifugal pump, suitable for conveyingall types of volatile toxic and harmful liquids free of solid particles inpetroleum and chemical sectors.
It is used extensively as submerged pump for hydrofluoric acidin fluorine chemical sector and for amine collecting liquid in LNG operations.
結構說明Description ofstructure
1.單級、單吸、立式。
2.滑動軸承采用輸送介質自潤滑；材質為碳化硅陶瓷、石墨、碳化鎢等耐磨材料。
3.較高揚程的泵采用雙蝸殼結構，使轉子部件受徑向力小，軸撓度小。
4.泵的吸入口順著軸線方向，排出口與軸線平行。
5.驅動端的泵軸由軸承盒內的滾動軸承支承，滾動軸承以黃油潤滑。
6.泵的內置滑動軸承用所輸送的液體潤滑。
7.泵工作時液面必須高于葉輪中心線，葉輪浸沒在介質中，不存在排空問題。
8.泵主要由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、聯軸器、中間接管、出液管、軸承架、底板等零件組成。
9.泵的立式電機通過彈性聯軸器與泵直接傳動，泵的整體通過底板安裝在容器上。
10.該泵型可在高壓工況中運行，工作壓力4.0MPa。

2.The sliding bearings are self-lubricated by conveying medium,in wearing-resisting materials such as silicon carbide ceramics, graphite andtungsten carbide.
3.Double-volutestructure is used for pumps with high head, so that rotor components aresubjected to low radial force and small shaft deflection.
4.Thepump suction is along the axial line, and the discharge is in parallel with theaxial line.
5.Theshaft at the driving end is supported by a rolling bearing in the bearinghousing, and the rolling bearing is grease lubricated.
6.Thebuilt-in sliding bearings in the pump are lubricated by the liquid conveyed.
7.Duringoperation, the liquid level must be above the impeller centerline, and theimpeller is immersed in the medium, without emptying.
8.Thepump is comprised of body, cover, impeller, shaft, coupling, intermediateconnection pipe, discharge pipe, bearing support and base plate.
9.Thevertical motor of the pump drives the pump directly via an elastic coupling,ａnd the whole pump is mounted on the vessel via a base plate.
10. Pump canrun at high pressure,the maximum working pressure is 4.0Mpa.
