　　MCN系列磁力驅(qū)動內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵是根據(jù)石油、化工、涂料、染料、油脂、醫(yī)藥、食品等行業(yè)的需求，研制開發(fā)的新型容積式泵，廣泛應(yīng)用于不同性質(zhì)、不同粘度的介質(zhì)輸送，特別適用于高粘稠度介質(zhì)的輸送。
　　MCN series magnetic driven internal gear pump is a new type positive displacement pump developed to meet the needs in petroleum, chemical, coating and dyestuff materials, grease, medicine and foodstuff industries, and is extensively used to convey media with different properties and different viscosity, especially suitable for media with high viscosity.

　　結(jié)構(gòu)說明Description of structure

　　1.具有內(nèi)齒的主動輪帶動有外齒的從動輪，在全封閉的泵腔內(nèi)作同方向轉(zhuǎn)動，泵體和前蓋的月牙板將泵的吸入口和排出口隔開，齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動時在泵的吸入口形成負壓，液體被吸入，在泵的出口齒輪嚙合擠壓液體被排出，完成了液體的輸送。
　　1.The driving gear with inner teeth drives the driven gear with outer teeth, rotating in the same direction in the fully enclosed cavity. The swing link of the pump body and front cover separate the pump suction from the discharge. When the gears rotate, negative pressure is produced at the pump suction and liquid is sucked in, and discharge gears of the pump engages to extrude and discharge the liquid, completing the liquid conveying.

　　2.磁力驅(qū)動、全密封、無泄漏。

　　3.輸送液體平穩(wěn)、無脈動、振動小、噪音低。

　　4.泵的轉(zhuǎn)速與流量呈線性函數(shù)關(guān)系，可適當(dāng)改變轉(zhuǎn)速來改變泵的流量。
　　4.The pump speed and flow are in linear function relationship, and the pump flow can be changed by changing the speed.

　　5.泵內(nèi)所有轉(zhuǎn)動部件均利用輸送介質(zhì)潤滑。

　　6.輸送易結(jié)晶物料時，可在泵體和前蓋上設(shè)置保溫夾套。
　　6.Insulation jacket can be provided at the body and front cover when materials likely to crystallize are conveyed.

　　7.用戶應(yīng)在泵的出口設(shè)置旁通回流管線，并加裝安全閥，當(dāng)泵或管路系統(tǒng)超壓時，安全閥自動打開，形成回流，保證系統(tǒng)安全。
　　7.Users should set up a bypass reflow circuit at the pump discharge, and mount a relief valve on it, and when the pump or piping system is over pressurized, the relief valve can open automatically to allow flow back, ensuring them system safety.
