濕式電除塵器技術（WESP）是一種*的煙氣治理技術，通常設置在濕法脫硫裝置后，擁有捕集煙氣中霧滴和微小塵粒的強大能力，為實現趨*，全面解決煙塵、PM2.5、石膏雨、S03、汞、多種重金屬、二惡英及多環芳烴（Pa H S ）等多種污染物問題，將為我國治理霧霾做出貢獻。

靠高壓電暈放電使得粉塵荷電，荷電后的粉塵在電場力的作用下到達集塵板，但是在對集塵板上捕集到的粉塵清灰方式上有較大的區別，它采用沖刷液沖洗電極，在極板上形成連續的液膜，使粉塵隨著沖刷液的流動而清除。煙氣中的灰塵顆粒通過高壓電磁場時與電 極間的正負離子與電子碰撞而產生的荷電，帶上電子和離子的塵粒在電場力的作用下向異性電極運動并積附在異性電極上，通過振打等方式使電極上的灰塵落入收集 灰斗中，使它通過電除塵器的煙氣得到凈化，從而達到除塵效果。

濕式電除塵器由殼體、電場區流場分布裝置、清洗排污系統、絕緣熱風系統、電氣及控制系統等組成。

電場區：主要包括收塵極（陽極管束）、放電極（陰極線）；

除塵器工作機理如下：

收塵效率不受粉塵特性影響，不受灰成分、比電阻影響。水霧滴導電、荷電性強，有利于除塵。趨近速度高，設備選型小。
