一、特殊貴金屬干餾焚燒爐
Dry distillation incinerator for special precious metals:
針對含貴金屬廢料處理的特殊性，我公司憑借多年的處理類似廢料設計經驗，通過合理的熱工計算，使含有貴金屬的廢料干餾分解和氣化，放出熱量，以干餾分解的方式熱分解廢料中的有機物質，由此產生可燃氣體。可燃氣體和氧氣經過混合后傳輸到二次焚燒室內充分燃燒，有效解決了一次燃燒室中高熱值廢料燃燒不充分、氣流的干擾引起貴金屬損耗等疑難問題，同時確保工藝合理性及設備操作的安全性。
Concerning the particularity for the treatment of precious metal wastes, our company has developed the right method for the treatment through thermal calculation and based on years of experiences for the treatment of similar wastes, that is, the wastes containing precious metals may be subject to dry distillation and decomposition and then gasifying and burning the wastes; the wastes stored inside the incinerator will give off heat and pyrolyze the organic matters in the wastes through dry distillation decomposition to produce combustible gases; the mixed combustible gas and oxygen are transfer to the secondary combustion chamber for complete combustion, thus provide the effective solution to the problems in the primary combustion chamber, which are incomplete combustion for high heat value wastes and loss of the precious metals caused by the air flow etc, and at the same time ensure the reasonability of the technical process and the safety for operation of the equipment;

Wastes suitable for treatment by precious metal dry distillation incinerator:
1.電鍍（表面處理廠）：鍍金、銀、鈀、鉑、銠、釕的廢水、廢渣、過濾用過的濾芯（棉芯、炭芯），電鍍用掛具渣、扎線、過濾活性炭、過濾含金樹脂、真空電鍍爐脫落的爐壁渣、榨掛具后的水、渣、試鍍品、返鍍品
electroplate factory (surface treatment plant): solid waste, waste water and used filter element (cotton core and carbon core) of gold-plating, sliver-plating, palladium-plating, platinum-plating, rhodium-plating and ruthenium-plating; waste of plating hanger, bundle, active carbon for filtering, gold-bearing resins for filtering, deciduous waste of vacuum plating furnace wall, liquid waste and solid waste of hanger, the plating item for test, and plating item for return.
2.電子廠（精密電子、集成半導體、連接器廠）：鍍銀瓷片、電阻、蜂鳴片、廢銀漿、擦銀布（棉花）、廢銀漿罐、含銀導電漆及各種鍍金片、鍍金針、鍍金連接器、鍍金邊角料、金手指、鍍金柔性線路板；
electronics factory (precision electronics, integrated semiconductor, connector plant): sliver-plating ceramics, electric resistance, buzzer, waste sliver paste, sliver polishing cloth (cotton), container of waste sliver paste, sliver-bearing conducting paint and various kinds of gold-plating pieces, gold-plating needle, gold-plating connector, gold-plating offcut, golden finger, gold-plating FPC.
3.印刷輸出制版公司：印刷菲林、定影液、X光片、拋光片；
printout platemaking company: print film, fixing bath, X-ray film, and polished section.
4.化工冶煉廠：各種冶煉用貴金屬催化劑、冶煉廠的精煉渣、廢爐底、爐渣灰、金礦煉金房的地灰、活性炭；
Chemical smelting factory: various kinds of noble metal catalyst, refining slag of smelting plant, waste furnace bottom,deshydratees and active carbon and lａnd ash in the gold metallurgy room of gold mine.
5.催化劑回收（煉油廠、制藥廠、精細化工廠）：各種含貴金屬的廢催化劑和催化網，如催化重整催化劑，裂化催化劑，汽車尾氣處理催化劑;
catalyst recycle (refinery, pharmaceutical plant, fine chemical plant): various kinds of noble metal bearing waste catalyst, such as reforming catalyst, cracking catalyst and tail gas treatment catalyst.
6.首飾廠：各種首飾次品、地砂、水渣、打磨粉、地毯等；

7、綜合回收一切含有金、銀、鈀、鉑、銠、釕、鎳、銅的廢料，不管形態如何。

應用：煌盛鉑業催化劑碳化回收
適用于：各類有機廢料（樹脂、塑料等）中含有的貴金屬（金Au、銀Ag、鉑Pt、鈀Pd、鍶Sr、鋨Os、銠Rh和釕Ru ）通過精確的熱工計算能將廢料分解焚燒充分，有效控制貴金屬在焚燒中流失及氣化，確保能源的綜合利用。
